Kenan Corporation works from a base at 927 Broadhead Lane in ZIP 63138, the Spanish Lake area of north St. Louis County. From there we reach four counties: St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and Franklin County, plus a few towns beyond them. The listings on this page give each place's drive time, so you can judge the distance before you call.
How far is each county from our base?
Drive times are rounded to the nearest five minutes for normal traffic. St. Louis County and St. Charles County are each about 35 minutes to the county's center, Jefferson County is about 1 hour 30 minutes and Franklin County is about 1 hour 40 minutes. Spanish Lake itself is about 5 minutes away, and Florissant, Ferguson and Jennings sit within about 20 minutes.
Those numbers measure distance and nothing more. Traffic and weather move them.
Why do the neighborhood notes differ from town to town?
Because the equipment differs. Older brick homes in University City and Maplewood often mean boilers, radiators and tight mechanical space. The 1960s tract neighborhoods in Florissant and the 1970s subdivisions in Ballwin are reaching replacement age for their original equipment. Newer subdivisions farther west and in St. Charles County bring builder-grade systems reaching the end of their first life.
Each place page spells out the housing era and the work we are most often asked to do there. Start with the St. Louis County or St. Charles County page if you are unsure where your street falls.
What if your town is not on the list?
Call and tell us the address. The list covers the places we serve most, and the edge of the range is a judgment call that depends on the day's schedule. For longer trips, such as Washington at about 1 hour 45 minutes, Troy at about 1 hour 25 minutes or Farmington at about 2 hours 10 minutes, call first to confirm scheduling.
If you are not sure what service you need, our HVAC contractor page explains the work, and emergency HVAC covers after-hours failures. We are open 24 hours.

Service Areas: common questions
How do I find out whether you cover my town?
Look for it in the tables on this page, grouped by county with a drive time from our base. If your town is missing, call and give your street address. Coverage follows the road, not the county line, and we will tell you plainly if the trip does not make sense.
Is the drive time shown for each town an arrival time?
No. Drive times come from routes calculated from our base at 927 Broadhead Lane in normal traffic, then rounded to the nearest five minutes. They tell you how far away we are, not when we will arrive. Scheduling depends on the day, and same-day service happens when the schedule allows.
Should I call first if I live far from Spanish Lake?
Yes, especially for the longer trips in Washington, Troy and Farmington. A call lets us confirm scheduling that far out before anyone drives, and we are open 24 hours. Tell us the symptom and your address so we can say what is realistic.

The best in the business!!! So nice, great communication, quick and straight to the point. I can’t recommend Kenan enough!!!
Kenna did an amazing job! I had another company come out and told me I needed a new furnace because my heat was not coming on. Previous company said could be the motor/fan and that would cost $650, which I was ok with. They didn’t check any parts, but was ready to say I should just get a new heating and cooling unit. I knew my neighbor had service done by Kenyan and said he did a great job. He came out and found it was a capacitor that was causing the issue and fixed it. He is awesome and definitely if I need help again, he will be called and I will use his services!
We placed an emergency call to Kenan and within 12 hrs he arrived, prepared and ready to go. Extremely courteous and pleasant. Knew exactly what the issue was, replaced the item and checked to see if everything else was working properly. Great job, very competitive pricing and best of all great communicator before, during and after the job. Well done sir! We’ll definitely be call you in the future.
